ZingBee Private Limited operates technology-enabled platforms and services that may connect Customers with restaurants, grocery stores, retailers, service providers, Delivery Partners and other participating businesses.
Depending on the service you use, ZingBee may process personal data to:

For example, transaction and financial information may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes even after an account is closed.
When personal data is no longer required, ZingBee may delete, anonymise or otherwise securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements.

ZingBee takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

ZingBee is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.
Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information to them.
20. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Depending on the technology and service providers used by ZingBee, personal data may be processed or stored in locations outside the state or country where the user resides.
Where applicable, ZingBee will take appropriate steps required by applicable Indian law concerning such processing or transfers.
21. VENDOR AND DELIVERY PARTNER DATA
ZingBee may collect additional information from Vendors and Delivery Partners, including:

ZingBee will not normally ask users to disclose their account password or OTP through unsolicited communications.

Users should update their account information when it changes.
ZingBee may take reasonable steps to correct or update information where necessary and permitted.

27. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
If ZingBee is classified or notified as a Significant Data Fiduciary or otherwise becomes legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, the relevant contact details will be published through this Privacy Policy or another appropriate communication channel.
The DPDP Act provides for additional obligations for Significant Data Fiduciaries, including appointment of a Data Protection Officer based in India and certain audit and assessment requirements.

ZingBee may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
